Our Story:
The people behind us started selling overseas property back in 2006 as a progression from running a successful travel business since 2004, the progression into real estate was made after the founders (investors themselves) because frustrated with how companies lacked in certain departments when dealing with them when buying/selling international property, namely customer service.
We know the markets as we are investors ourselves, we know our property and we know how to treat our clients and this is why we continue to grow and continue to build our reputation in the overseas property market above and beyond that of other companies.
In 2009 the original founders transferred the company across to entrepreneur Brad Clements, who is a young, enthusiastic perfectionist who has a real passion for international property and providing excellent customer service to our clients . Now the original founders are involved in the construction of international property, however this is totally separate from Clements Properties Overseas. The Clements Properties Overseas team consists of a small select amount of professionals led by Brad Clements. Our team consists of a wide range of professionals from lawyers to translations who all work together to make the whole process run smoothly and to provide the best standard of service to our clients at all times.
